How to Make an In-Person or TeleNeurology Appointment
To make, cancel, or reschedule a Columbia Neurology appointment:
- Please call 646-426-3876 (646-42-NEURO), Monday—Friday, during the hours of 9 AM—5 PM.
- Request an Appointment Online
- A Connect Patient Portal account is suggested for all patients and is REQUIRED for access to TeleNeurology appointments. Visit myconnectnyc.org to register. If you experience issues creating a Connect Patient Portal account, please call Connect Technical Support at (646) 962-4200.
- Detailed instructions for what is needed to conduct a virtual visit can be found here.
- To cancel an appointment, please call or email us using the information provided above, or text "CANCEL" along with your name/date of birth/physician/appointment date to 646-735-1159.
